Early Core Drilling in New Mexico
| Hobart Haggard worked for Midwest Refining
Company on a core drill crew from the mid-1920's to the early
1930's. He was hired in Wyoming and worked in New Mexico, Kansas
and Texas. He worked around the Carlsbad, New Mexico area and
probably also around Hobbs and Artesia. He later went to work for
Stanolind Oil and Gas Company in the production department.
